This time, what happens in Vegas... turns into better customer experiences. Earlier this month, the Intercom team was onsite at the the Fintech Meetup in Las Vegas! Attendees who stopped by the Intercom booth could get a first-hand look at how Fin adapts to fintech needs, handling complex transaction queries from account changes and access issues to disputes and claims. Booth visitors were also able to grab the Finance and Fintech snapshot of our Customer Service Transformation report and toolkit. Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by!
