  • ?? Check out the improvements in today’s release! ?? Filters in Chats: Easily sort and find conversations with new filtering options in the Chats view. Show all chats, unread, only customer chats, only Owner Mode chats, and easily exclude anonymous customers (scroll to find that last option). ?? Improved interaction summaries: Your customer’s recent interactions are now better summarized into a few key points, giving you the overview you need to keep moving. These summaries are now also in the Customer Details tab. ?? Customer Notes: You can now give your Interactor notes about a customer. They’re not just useful for your own memory—Interactor uses your notes to personalize its interactions with your customer. Find it in the Customer Details tab. ?? Support for long conversations: Interactor now handles extended customer interactions better, ensuring it doesn’t lose track of important details or repeat questions. ??? Owner emails for confirmed appointments: Interactor already added appointments you confirm to your calendar and emailed your customer. Now, you get an email too for your convenience. ? Quick access to Owner Mode: Jump into Owner Mode directly from a customer chat using the More menu at the top right. ?? Double-tap Chats tab: Quickly scroll to the top of your Chats list by double-tapping the main Chats tab. ??? Faster and more responsive: Interactor is now faster when asking new customers for their contact information and in other areas. More speed improvements are on the way! ?? and more!

  • Lots of improvements in today’s Interactor release based on owner feedback! ?? ?? Emails when new chats come in: Owners now get an email when a new chat comes in, so you can choose to jump in as soon as you’d like. ?? Change your notification email: You can now update your notification email without affecting your login email. Find it on the updated account screen. ? Introducing tasks: Tasks are now open to all owners. Interactor creates tasks when human attention is needed. Soon, you'll be able to add your own general and per-customer tasks and reminders. ? See unanswered questions: When Interactor couldn’t answer a customer’s question, you’ll now get a new task to review the chat and consider updating Interactor’s knowledge. ?? Auto-scrolling menu: The main menu now scrolls like a ticker on every Interactor, making it easier to notice that there’s more to see. ?? Details in customer chats: We’ve added a new tab for quick access to details that IA has gathered from the customer, like phone and email. ???♂? De-anonymize scheduler users: When an anonymous customer books an appointment, we now use their information to de-anonymize them everywhere. …and more!
