For decades we were focused on IQ. Then Daniel Goleman’s breakthrough book introduced the concept of emotional intelligence. What I want to add to the mix is “gathering intelligence.” ? Because how we gather today is fundamental to an organization’s DNA and, I would argue, a key skill of a 21st century leader. ?
