After exploring various options with different organizations, Nikoya had her heart set on THE ONE—and now, she’s made it to the finish line as a proud homeowner! With the support of her amazing mom/realtor by her side, who helped her stay calm, patient, and prepared, Nikoya was able to make one of the most important decisions of her life.
