Role : Pega Developer/Lead Location : Jersey City, NJ PEGA Certified Lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Technical Skills: ? Ensure minimum 8 years of legitimate Pega experience on live / client projects. ? CLSA Certified with Pega PRPC7.x, 8.x ? Fast learner, good at research, troubleshooting and analysis. ? Ability to lead team with precise plan and work breakdown. Effective communication, ownership to deliver within timelines. ? Good understanding of Pega ecosystem, node configuration, app-server configurations and split-schema and key tables. ? Handson upgrade experience with 7.x application to next versions . ? Comprehensive understanding of release management, ruleset management, User Interface, and integration impact of Pega upgrade . ? Understanding of elastic search, indexing, Hazelcast cache, Apache kafka and background processes ?
