Intellias has been shortlisted for the UK Digital Internal Communications Awards in the "Best Creative Campaign" category for our "Tomato Feedback Race" campaign.?? This innovative, multi-channel engagement campaign, developed by the Intellias communications team, boosted participation and made feedback fun. Inspired by Rotten Tomatoes, the movie review platform, we introduced a playful "tomato rating" system, encouraging employees to rate internal projects and services as if they were reviewing movies. Using both online and offline channels — from gamified responses to tomato-themed office events — the campaign increased participation from 30% to 66%, turning a routine survey into a memorable and engaging experience.?? We are thrilled to see this campaign recognized and look forward to the results which will be announced in November.?
