  • We’re very excited to announce our new product, Integuru! We first built Integuru as an internal tool to integrate with platforms like banks, brokerages, and payroll software to extract tax documents. This agent significantly sped up our development. We’re now open-sourcing the agent to help other developers who need to integrate with platforms lacking official APIs. Check out Integuru in Richard's post below.

Founder of Integuru (YC W24) — Integrate without official APIs

Today, we’re excited to introduce Integuru? — the first AI agent to build low-latency integrations with platforms lacking official APIs ??? (Oh, and it’s open-source!) ? Why do developers need Integuru? Many products need reliable and low-latency integrations with third-party services to be successful, but platforms often lack official APIs. Examples include logistics software, financial services, electronic health records (EHRs), and government websites. To build low-latency integrations, developers must reverse-engineer internal APIs. But platforms have different internal API designs, so navigating through each can get complicated. ?? How does Integuru work? Integuru can build an entire integration in minutes by reverse-engineering platforms’ internal APIs. For your context, triggering internal APIs means directly communicating with the platform’s servers. The agent mimics what a human does when reverse-engineering to generate integration code. It monitors network requests and maps out requests needed to perform the desired action. It then generates the integration code based on this map. ?? What’s next? Integuru already supports a surprising number of use cases like downloading documents, sending money, creating virtual cards… People have used the agent to build low-latency APIs for platforms like Venmo, transportation management systems (TMS), and more. There are still limitations due to current LLM capabilities, and we’re consistently working to increase the agent’s coverage and improve code generation. ?? Use and follow Integuru! Our GitHub link is in the comment section. We welcome you to use, follow, and make contributions to Integuru. Let’s build a world where we assume every platform has usable APIs by default! ?? Our services We offer services to (1) build custom integrations when the agent struggles or for your convenience, (2) handle hosting, and (3) manage authentication. We also open-source all integrations that we build on Integuru.ai.

We're excited to share a new open-source API for AppFolio, a leading property management platform ?? ??♂? This API fetches work order details from AppFolio, like the order number, date, property & resident info, vendor details & cost estimates, and more. ?? With this API, you can help property management teams improve maintenance workflows and tenant satisfaction. ?? You can choose to self-host or use our services to handle everything, including authentication management. ??♂? Have questions or want to request new features? Message me directly! ?? Halo Labs Wrapped 2024!! (Part 1 of 2) Since we only went public with Halo Labs a few months ago, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible founders and companies we backed in 2024. Over the coming months I’ll share more detailed updates on each company with a focus on those gearing up for hyper growth this year (looking at you Jiga ????). Finally, LinkedIn hit me with a character limit so I'll do this in 2 posts. In 2024 our community made 9 investments in Y Combinator companies - 6 in new companies and 3 follow-ons in existing ones. Interestingly, all 3 follow-ons were our 3rd investments in those companies. Without further ado here’s Part 1 of Halo Labs Wrapped 2024!! Integuru (YC W24) While building tax accounting integrations, founders Richard Zhang and Alan Lu realized they had created a new class of product for platforms without official APIs - welcome Integuru. If anyone out there needs unofficial/open-source APIs for apps like Venmo and Robinhood, go here → https://integuru.ai/ Statiq (YC S20) We made our 3rd investment in Statiq as they gear up for big 2025. The EV charging network in India is already a household name from Jaipur to Bengaluru, but they are starting to look globally at how their infrastructure can power EV charging networks around the world ??. This is also a special one because Statiq was our first official Halo Labs investment and we couldn’t be more excited for what Akshit Bansal and Raghav Arora have in store for the year! Siglo Internet (YC S21) We made our 3rd investment in Siglo who is building the future of wireless internet connectivity in Mexico ??????. Founders Joel P. and Isaac Phillips continue to execute at an elite level. Nothing better highlights the past year than their incredible partnership with Walmart that has catapulted their business and brand recognition in the LATAM landscape. Arva AI (YC S24) Fresh out of S24, founders Rhim Shah and Oliver W. impressed us with their vision for KYB solutions in fintech ??. Many in our group who work in finance instantly saw the value Arva AI brings to bank verification and we’re very excited to see them execute their vision this year and beyond! Mito Health (YC S24) Also from the S24 batch and the leading AI-assisted preventive healthcare, Mito Health impressed us with their deep-dive health assessments. Thanks to Kenneth Lou, Joel Kek, Tee-Ming C., Ryan Ware, I’m now on magnesium, vitamin D, and eating (slightly) less sugar...though In-N-Out remains a staple ????. Here’s to a happy and healthier 2025! ?? Part 2 coming tomorrow, stay tuned!!?? For all my family and friends in the LA area, you are in our thoughts and prayers. If any of you are evacuating to the SF/Sacramento areas and in need of assistance please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to help.
