This five-story addition boasts state-of-the-art finishes, and we're proud to be designing and installing the entire low voltage systems including installing the cabling and equipment for Cellular DAS, Life Safety DAS, and Security and WiFi Systems. Seattle Academy is a vibrant, innovative, and energetic independent school serving 6th through 12th grade students in the urban Capitol Hill campus setting in Seattle, WA. Accredited by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) and the Northwest Association of Independent Schools (NWAIS), Seattle Academy is approved by the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction to operate as a private school in the state of Washington. We are thrilled to introduce Michelle Shannon, our Service Department Manager. She focuses on managing service customers and vendor relationships at Integrity Networks, Inc.. With over 30 years in office administration and 20+ years in the service telecommunication industry, Michelle has been a key player since joining Integrity Networks, Inc. in May 2016. She initially worked as a National Accounts Project Manager and was promoted to Service Department Manager in May 2022. She excels in managing service requests and projects, as well as new and existing customer and vendor relationships. Michelle is known for her exceptional customer service and dedication, always going above and beyond to strengthen customer relationships and meet all customer needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs, volunteering with local dog rescues, and engaging in outdoor activities. Looking ahead, Michelle aims to continue growing the Service Department by expanding the existing customer base and continuing to learn in this evolving industry. As the Manager of the Service Department, Michelle is glad to discuss any service needs, from single requests to contractual agreements. We offer a variety of services, including security, AV, low voltage cabling, telecom, wireless, network, and smart hands, with both non-agreement and agreement pricing to meet customer needs. She advises newcomers to take each situation with ease, embrace on-the-job training, and always be open to growth. Integrity Networks, Inc. is thrilled to announce our involvement in a cutting-edge CCTV video surveillance project for the Port of Seattle at SEATAC Airport. Our team is diligently installing state-of-the-art data cabling, fiber optic cables, and advanced exterior CCTV cameras across various airport buildings. These cameras will be strategically positioned on masts ranging from 6 to 65 feet, mounted on rooftops, buildings, and towers. We anticipate completing this significant project by the end of 2025. We're excited to spotlight Chase Valentine, a dedicated Project Manager at Integrity Networks, Inc. Chase has been with Integrity Networks, Inc. for nearly a decade, starting in the field and working his way up. His journey from a butcher/purchaser at Whole Foods Market to a key player in our team is truly inspiring. Chase is motivated by seeing projects through from start to finish, enjoying the puzzle-like nature of each task and the relationships built along the way. His most memorable achievement is a 2-year WIFI remediation project that grew from 3 stores to 125, turning a $65k project into a $2M success. Communication is key to Chase's success, bridging the gap between customer needs and on-site work. Outside of work, he's a passionate musician and avid mountain biker, enjoying time with his wife and dogs. Looking ahead, Chase aims to obtain PMP and RCDD certifications, embracing new technologies to enhance project management. His advice to newcomers is to focus on communication and stay open to new ideas.
