??Employee Spotlight! Max has been a loyal employee of ISG for over 13 years, during which he has held several roles. He has contributed to various departments such as Fabrication, Pre-Assembly, Main shop as a Foreman, and most recently, he has transitioned to the position of Test Foreman. Max has always been predisposed to working with his hands and is grateful that his career allows him to do so. He is rewarded with seeing the satisfaction of seeing a project through from beginning to end. With prior experience in construction and finish carpentry, ISG proved to be the ideal path for Max to pursue his career goals. At ISG, Max intends on continually learning the ins and outs of multiple departments, including Test, and Design, and an eventual transition into management. A lesser-known fact about Max is he moved to the U.S. with his family at the age of 17, learned English and worked hard to become a U.S. citizen. His son and his close-knit family serve as his primary motivation to succeed. Outside of work, Max has a keen interest in videography, running, and camping with his family. Let’s not forget his knack for "Dad Jokes" which adds a fun and light-hearted atmosphere to the workplace.
