Wrapping up our 88,000 square foot buildout of our new Blackhawk facility in Phoenix, Arizona. At our second Adams Park Apartments event in October, our goal was to continue discussions from the previous event about priorities for the site layout and programming. Using interactive blocks, we gave the community a hands-on way to organize the space and shape the building's design alongside one of our principal architects, Mike Corby. We also shared examples of residential unit floor plans reflecting feedback from the first event to ensure we didn't miss any important details, with our interior designers Kacey and Tina there to talk through the designs. Sullivan Field, originally named "Valley Field," is a testament to the power of community. Built in 1937, the baseball park is a beloved icon of Grand Rapids' West Side. Integrated Architecture is working with Fans of Valley Field and The City of Grand Rapids to revitalize the ballpark?with restored stands, new dugouts, upgraded amenities, a public park, and a museum that will celebrate the ballpark's rich history. Grassroots fundraising and support from the City have made the project possible, allowing Sullivan Field to enter future seasons and be enjoyed by generations to come. #grandrapids #sullivanfield #architecture #design #baseball

Nestled in the heart of Hudsonville, Michigan, Terra Station is a mixed-use?project?poised to transform the city's downtown landscape. Bringing forth a fresh urban lifestyle, Terra Station will blend convenience and connection adding 141 apartments and retail space to the Hudsonville community. Adjacent to Terra Square, residents will enjoy additional?retail options and a?farmer's market a short walk from their door. The project will also be connected to the Buttermilk Creek Pathway, giving residents convenient access to non-motorized transportation and physical activities. Positioned within the middle of the building, the feature is visible in?both office and manufacturing spaces, connecting the various teams within?the organization.
