An exciting milestone! Watch as the tower crane at our 156,000 SF mixed-use, multifamily project at #2225Sunset was expertly dismantled by @reliablecraneservice. This 18-hour, non-stop operation involved removing the crane in 15 sections—a feat made possible through incredible coordination with the @losangelesfiredepartment, @LAPDHQ, and the CD13 Council Office. Situated on a steep and challenging hillside, this project has pushed the boundaries of engineering and teamwork. The dismantling marks significant progress in our construction journey as we transition from vertical construction to refining the next phases of this transformative development. A special shoutout to @LAFireStation20 and the LAPD for their support in making this complex operation a success! When complete, 2225 Sunset will seamlessly integrate into the fabric of Los Angeles, offering thoughtful design and vibrant living spaces. Nearing the end of our 1503 Barrington project with Rize & Lorcan O’Herlihy, FAIA!

As I wrap up my internship at INTEGRARE GROUP? , I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the invaluable experience and learning opportunities provided to me. Over the course of this summer, I had the privilege of engaging in a wide range of responsibilities that significantly enhanced my professional skills and knowledge. During my time here, I was involved in reviewing engineering drawings, plans, computations, estimates, and reports, which allowed me to deepen my understanding of the technical aspects of our project at 2225 Sunset Blvd. I also had the opportunity to prepare crucial project documents, including RFIs, submittals, and schedules, ensuring that all documentation was thorough and accurate. Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers was a highlight, as it provided me with a holistic view of the project lifecycle and emphasized the importance of maintaining consistency and communication across teams. Managing RFIs and facilitating the timely preparation and delivery of submittal documentation were key aspects of my role, and I am proud to have contributed to the smooth execution of our projects. Additionally, monitoring and overseeing subcontractors' performance and adherence to weekly and master schedules were responsibilities that honed my project management skills. Regularly surveying jobsites to ensure quality control and conformance with contract specifications also provided me with hands-on experience in maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. I am incredibly grateful to the INTEGRARE GROUP? team for their guidance and support throughout my internship. Special thanks to Hunter Price, Jeffrey Ramirez, Pasqualino Sollazzo, Grecia Ramos, LEED AP,Emily Cota, Nicola Barry and JAMES DEL CAMPO for their mentorship and for helping me grow both personally and professionally. This internship has been a deeply rewarding experience, and I look forward to applying the skills and knowledge I've gained as I continue my professional journey.
