IntegraCare Corporation (ICC) provides all of the professional management services and development expertise necessary to conceive, create, lease-up and operate new senior living communities. IntegraCare also specializes in working with lenders, investment banks, private equity, and venture capital firms operating in the Mid-Atlantic Region to acquire, reconfigure and turn around senior housing communities in financial and operational distress.
