The recent Women of Integra Network (WIN) re-launch event for the Princeton, N.J. chapter was a huge success! As part of our efforts to expose high school students to the many exciting facets of #biomedicalengineering and #medicaldevice manufacturing, Jeff Morgan, PMP, plant manager and Adam Crown, senior manager, operations, recently hosted Barbara Hill, Integra board member and three high school students at our Columbia, Maryland site. They were given a tour of the facility and educated on the production process for our urinary bladder matrix (UBM) technologies. The partnership between the Columbia site and high schools is one of many ways that Integra is focusing on early talent development. It is mutually beneficial to have active collaboration and introduce students to the type of work and skills needed as they prepare for college. Thank you to Barbara Hill and Jeff Morgan for your community outreach and passion to help our next generation of leaders and engineers. The students were very appreciative of this opportunity and amazed at the incredible work of our Columbia team to help restore patients’ lives. #IntegraInspired
