  • Cindy is the managing member at MTM Insurance Associates, LLC, MTMBrainerd Inc., MTM Insurance of Greater Haverhill Inc. and serves on the board of ISNE. She is also the first agent we're highlighting in our new "Meet the ISNE Agents" social series. Cindy's journey in the insurance industry began after graduating from Boston College when she became a Commercial Lines sales assistant at Liberty Mutual in downtown Boston. Liberty provided her with a strong foundation, where she earned her property/casualty insurance license and discovered her passion for sales. Recognizing her calling, Cindy made the move to join an independent insurance agency as a producer, quickly rising to vice president of sales, then president, and eventually becoming a minority shareholder. In 2007, Cindy decided she wanted a new challenge. She left her successful position to venture out independently and founded MTM Insurance. With two partners, she built MTM from the ground up—no employees, no premium. Today, 16 years later, MTM boasts two locations and 41 employees. Cindy’s leadership, grounded in empathy, compassion, and respect, has been key to MTM's success and growth. She's proud of how far MTM has come and is excited to continue growing and developing in the years ahead. Cindy is all about quality time with her family, whether it's a cozy night in or a weekend getaway. She has a passion for boating, spending many sunny days out on the water. When she's not on the move, Cindy loves indulging in a little retail therapy, finding joy in discovering new styles and treasures wherever she goes. Cindy's shares how her role at ISNE brings her great joy.
