Founded in 1990 in Olathe, KS, Insulite Glass Company has become a leader in automated architectural flat glass fabrication. Beginning with only three employees and one fabrication facility, Insulite has grown to over 160 employees and two fabrication facilities, providing over 120,000 square feet of production space. With locations in Olathe, Kansas and Pacific, Missouri, Insulite is able to provide daily delivery to principal cities and job sites throughout Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, and Oklahoma. Not only is Insulite able to provide excellent local service, but we are also capable of servicing projects nationwide.

Fun fact: Insulite Glass rotates through 225+ glass types over the course of a year! While it can be a challenge, our cutting lines with gantry loading systems and storage accommodate one of the largest glass inventories in the U.S. and provide some of the fastest lead times around. The stock sheet shown in the video measures 204" x 130" and weighs over 550 pounds!

Showcasing just one of many oversized IGU’s coming down our line for the new Kiewit K3 Headquarters in Lenexa, KS. Using Vitro Architectural Glass Solarban? 70, we were able meet the performance and size criteria of 60” x 156” for the project. A special thank you to Flynn Group of Companies for the opportunity. We're excited to share a remarkable accomplishment from within our Insulite Glass team! This past weekend, one of our outstanding employees, Chad Williams, achieved something truly extraordinary! Chad didn't just break records; he smashed them! ???? Not only did he surpass the Missouri state record, but he also claimed the world record for the biggest paddlefish, weighing an impressive 164 pounds, 13 ounces! ???? Let's take a moment to applaud Chad on his amazing accomplishment and for showcasing the same dedication and determination that he brings to our team each day. Congratulations, Chad!
