Michael Nelson and I gave a keynote and breakout in Halifax for the Education Leadership Consortium of Nova Scotia (ELCNS), and a full day workshop in Moncton for New Brunswick school administrators. We have a 15-month hybrid approach with NB that is focusing on fostering collective leader efficacy among Instructional Leadership Teams (ILT). This year, we are grouping leaders into smaller communities of practice based on their area of focus for their school improvement plans, and the communities will meet monthly to discuss areas of need and areas of progress.
