Another amazing two days partnering with the wonderful educators in Richmond Public Schools, focusing on Jim Knight's Better Conversations! Thank you Rodney Robinson for providing four fully days of learning; we were able to really engage with the concepts of the Impact Cycle we learned about in January and integrate them with the core beliefs and habits of Better Conversations. Lots of deep conversation and reflection, as well as laughter and reciprocal learning (plus great music and food!). We also got to learn from and with my newest colleague, Brittany Rehal. Another successful partnership with Instructional Coaching Group and a dedicated school district who want to bring the best practices to their teams to do what's right for students.
