One pillar of our Blueprint Social Development Institute is Finacial Literacy. We want our youth to learn at an early age the art of budgeting, saving, and making wise financial decisions. Thanks to JPMorgan Chase & Co. Dr. Chandra Williams students were able to gain insights into personal finance, banking services, and smart spending habits to prepare them for financial success!

We recently finished our first cohort of the Blueprint Social Development Institute, a program dedicated to providing students with the tools to build the blueprint for their own futures. In this initiative, we paid students to learn and grow, teaching them professional development, financial literacy, and crisis mediation and a trade. Stay with us on this incredible journey as we continue to mentor and support these students and expand our impact in the community!

At the PLUG we organize life sustaining resources for individuals in under-resourced communities via service coordination. We work with individuals to assess their needs, identify services available to them, and help them access those resources. Over the past year we have provided life sustaining supports to 910 individuals in need. These resources included but were not limited to job readiness, legal support, housing assistance, and more.
