The State of Kansas and its communities, businesses, and residents received billions of dollars in federal COVID-19 funding under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). IPSR created the Fiscal Transparency site to illustrate the scope and uses of this funding that streamed into Kansas. It offers a transparent look at the funding released through these programs, and the dashboard can help users understand how that funding has affected different parts of Kansas.
