About ILD The mission of the Institute for Leaders in Development at University of Denver is to elevate Colorado’s nonprofit fundraising leaders by providing professional advancement opportunities that promote longevity in the field and excellence in philanthropy. The highly selective program identifies Colorado’s emerging development leaders and guides them through a rigorous, relevant and applied curriculum, passing the torch to up-and-coming non-profit leaders that will impact individual lives and diverse communities for years to come.
