Last weekend we hosted the All Kings organization for their City Quest event. Their mission to combat isolation and oppression by fostering community resonates deeply with our work at the Institute for Justice and Opportunity. Like us, they believe in creating spaces that support, empower, and uplift — helping people reconnect with themselves and each other. Through their weekend trainings, weekly circles, and mentorship, they’re building lives of integrity, purpose, and leadership. We’re grateful for the support of The Pinkerton Foundation, in connecting us for this impactful event. Together, we’re helping create stronger, more connected communities. #EducationisPower #NonprofitPeerPartners #CombattingOpression #IJO #BuildingCommunity
关于我们
As a champion of institutional, structural, and personal transformation, the Institute opens doors and eliminates barriers to success for people who have been involved in the criminal legal system. We create access to higher education and pathways to satisfying careers. We advocate for the right to housing, employment, healthcare, and other human rights too often denied people with criminal convictions.
