At a time when higher education has been put on notice and "under the microscope," our president, David Hoag shares with Inside Higher Ed why several #ChristianHigherEd institutions are seeing an enrollment increase. “[L]eading with their Christian mission and their values and who they are. And I think it’s making a difference.”

The Baylor Univ. Louise Herrington School of Nursing held its 3rd Missio presentation on November 15th. They welcomed Dr. Malcolm Foley, Advisor to the President for Equity and Campus Engagement. Elisabeth Kincaid, PhD, JD led the discussion on how as Christians we should engage with the challenging history of Baylor healthcare related to racial inequity and work towards redemptive engagement in healthcare, the church, Texas and the world.

Team Member Highlight: Nathan Hays is program manager of the Soundings Project and the Institute for Faith and Learning. He studied Old Testament at Baylor, where he was also a Crane Scholar as an undergraduate and a Conyers Scholar as a graduate student. He's been with IFL for just over five years.
