It's Friday and it is hard to believe that Session 1 of IEL for Class XIX is in our rear view mirror this week! Today, the Institute for Emerging Leaders Class XIX wrapped up another powerful day of growth and learning!?Our second course day, led by Strata Leadership Trainer Erin Engelke, APR, was a game-changer. Participants focused on mastering essential communication skills, building emotional intelligence, and navigating courageous conversations with confidence. A huge thank you to our Executive Guest Speaker, Angie Christopher, VP of HR and Talent at 180 Medical, for sharing her wisdom and insights. We are incredibly grateful for Angie’s continued support and partnership with the IEL program. With?Session 1 of IEL Class XIX officially in the books, we couldn’t be more excited about the incredible group of leaders we’re privileged to serve. Dr. Bishop’s leadership, expertise, and passion for character development will be instrumental in continuing to make Character Core a valuable resource for organizations and individuals. In addition to her work with Character Core, Andrea serves as the?Director and co-founder of Harding University Center for Leadership & Development.?She is a respected author, educator, and influencer in the field of leadership.
