    Today marks a milestone in inSpring's journey on its mission to be the world's talent mobility springboard. We are delighted to share our latest partnership with Talent Mobility Fund, a philanthropic program of Renaissance Philanthropy and fiscally sponsored by Digital Harbor Foundation. ? Over the past 12 months, inSpring has been building #Regional #Talent #Hubs in #Oklahoma, #South #Carolina, #Rochester, New York, and #Birmingham, Alabama. TMF’s support will enable inSpring to enhance these four existing regional hubs by building scalable programming that spans critical sectors like #advanced manufacturing, #life sciences, and #healthcare. The grant from TMF will also enable inSpring to launch new hubs, with a focus on regions where workforce challenges are especially acute. ? “When we created inSpring, we had a belief that by empowering the world’s brightest minds and building a world-class talent mobility platform in the U.S., we would be creating a catalyst for economic growth, innovation, and prosperity, said Chris Hoehn-Saric, inSpring Co-Founder and CEO. “Through our Regional Talent Hub model, we are seeing the direct impact touching the communities, hospitals, and employers we are working with and are delighted to have the opportunity to expand our efforts and make a significant impact at scale.     As the U.S. labor gap continues to grow, many employers overlook a promising source of talent: international student graduates. ? To tap into this underleveraged talent pool, RiteDose developed the innovative "RiteDose International Student Engagement" (RISE) program, a three-way workforce development initiative between Ritedose, inSpring, and Benedict College. The program provides a pathway for accomplished international students in STEM programs at Benedict College to secure internships and eventual employment with RiteDose. ?     Building world-class software for US immigration, starting with the O-1

    A month before I secured my O-1 visa, I had no idea I was even eligible. After reading the USCIS website, I concluded that the O-1 wasn’t for people like me. Today, I still meet people who think that the O-1 is only for Nobel Prize winners and Olympians. When we talk about the US immigration system being hard to navigate, I think this is part of the problem. It’s difficult to chart a course in the US, when you don’t know what your options are and what you could qualify for. This is the problem I’m trying to solve at O1Pathways, starting with an automated eligibility checker for the O-1A. Check it out and let me know what you think! Of course, not everyone can qualify for the O-1, but the data suggests there is headroom for this visa type, and more people should be applying!
