Inspire of Central Florida Formal Bid Announcement For 2nd Floor Renovation Project ? ? A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 10 am at the Adult Day Training Center of Inspire of Central Florida. ?Contractors are strongly encouraged to have a representative at this meeting in order to understand the scale of the project prior to submitting a bid. Separate sealed bids for the 2nd Floor Renovation Phase II will be received at Inspire of Central Florida at their office at 1095 Belle Ave., Casselberry, FL, 32708 until March 20, 2025, at 3 pm, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. ? As a federally funded project, Federal Labor Standards Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. This project is partially funded through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. All Women and Minority Business Enterprises (WMBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding process. The entire project must adhere to Davis Bacon Federal Wages and Section 3. Bidders must be State of Florida Certified or State of Florida Registered for General Contracting and be registered in SAM.gov. ? For this Contract, payment of predetermined minimum wages applies. The U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rates applicable to this Contract are listed in Wage Rate Decision Number(s) FL20250226, as modified up through ten days prior to the opening of bids. A copy of the applicable Wage Rate Table as of the advertisement date is included. Contractor shall ensure that employees receive the minimum wages applicable.
