    We love this multi-faceted approach Google has taken to not only celebrate Native American Heritage Month, but to truly foster inclusion and create opportunities for people. Led by their Google Aboriginal and Indigenous Network (GAIN) employee resource group, look at some of the initiatives in place year-round (not just in November): ? Highlighting Indigenous-owned businesses ? Offering digital skills training ? Amplifying Indigenous artists ? Supporting robotics and AI education for Indigenous students ? Wondering how you can offer more meaningful ways to celebrate inclusive holidays for your team? Here are a couple of ideas to get you started: ? Bring your super power to under-represented communities. Maybe it’s resume writing or interview training for your HR team.     If you're wondering where to begin with AI - we have some good news: We recently delivered a two-day workshop to a client's team of 50 HR professionals and witnessed the transformation among people who entered the session feeling overwhelmed by AI, to sharing remarks like these by the end: ? I love having a roadmap - to get the most from AI and to streamline processes. ? I already created my list of ways AI can eliminate "joyless work" right away. ? Who knew how many things we could speed up immensely with AI? ? Now we feel ready to "test and learn." This really sped up our timeline. ? I'm not as intimidated to try AI now. ? I'm definitely using AI to analyze results on my next employee survey. ?? In addition to this level-setting workshop, we also work with teams to identify their best use cases for experimentation, help you avoid bias in #AI tools, coach and upskill your managers, foster connections with AI providers who we trust, and more.
