Mass market BEVs outperform premium BEVs, both in owner satisfaction and quality (repairs) ? 94% of BEV owners are likely to purchase a BEV as their next vehicle ? Public infrastructure satisfaction has improved, as new stations have come online and non-NACS vehicles can access the Tesla network However, there are some challenges: ?? Non-premium PHEVs continue to have low satisfaction, due to poor cost and performance outcomes ??
