J.D. Power’s recent study on EV ownership has done a COMPLETE 180. Sentiment is booming compared to 2024, take a look... Some notable callouts: ? Mass market BEVs outperform premium BEVs, both in owner satisfaction and quality (repairs) ? 94% of BEV owners are likely to purchase a BEV as their next vehicle ? Public infrastructure satisfaction has improved, as new stations have come online and non-NACS vehicles can access the Tesla network However, there are some challenges: ?? Non-premium PHEVs continue to have low satisfaction, due to poor cost and performance outcomes ?? First-time EV buyers receive education on key EV features from dealers only 12-46% of the time This underscore some core fleet EV preparedness needs: ?
