Last week we had an amazing opportunity to provide our Leadership and Professional Development Workshops to ESL Summit High School Students at Fairleigh Dickinson University Florham Campus. We joined forces with FDU Hispanic Center, Empowering Kids Organization and Alliance for Latino Empowerment to make this event?a success. Through our workshop the students were able to learn about creating their resume, interview tips, and leadership skills. We want to thank our two student ambassadors that volunteered?at the event Sandra Faragalla and Juhi Rawal. Last Saturday, we had a great time meeting our new student ambassadors for the first time at Berkeley University. We spent some time introducing the students to Inspira, learned about their stories and created vision boards to end the day. We are looking forward to working together with our new student ambassadors as we continue to elevate Inspira to help reach and service more students in New Jersey! It was truly inspiring to hear their ambitions and see their passion for making a difference in their communities. Together, we’re building a brighter future and empowering students to achieve their dreams. The journey has just begun, and we can’t wait to see the incredible impact these ambassadors will have! Last Friday, Inspira NJ ran the Leadership-Cultivating, Self-Awareness & Nurturing Interpersonal Bonds at the Empower Somerset Teenage Retreat. As part of the workshop activity, the high school and middle school students embarked on a journey of self-discovery and interpersonal growth by creating vision boards to express their aspirations. We want to thank Empower Somerset for giving us the opportunity to service their students.
