Location: Ohio City, Lakewood, Tremont - Cleveland, Ohio Are you a dynamic and independent real estate professional looking for a seasonal opportunity in the vibrant real estate market of Cleveland, Ohio? Insight Cleveland Realty is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Realtors or Independent Contractors specializing in property showings during the leasing season. Job Responsibilities: - ??Conduct property showings for prospective tenants in the Ohio City, Lakewood, and Tremont areas of Cleveland. - ?? Drive to various properties for showings, ranging from 3 to 15 showings per day. - ?? Ensure that apartments are presented well, offering suggestions for staging and improvements to enhance showing appeal. - ?? Provide detailed information about each property, highlighting key features and addressing client inquiries. - ??Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions. - ???Offer constructive feedback on how to make apartments more showing-friendly through effective staging and presentation. Requirements: - Valid real estate license OR the ability to work as an independent contractor. - Reliable transportation for property visits. - Flexibility in scheduling; must be available for showings at any time of the day or as needed. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Seasonal Duration: This position is seasonal, with the primary months of activity between April and September. Compensation: This is a commissioned-based job with a competitive pay structure. Earning potential ranges between $6,000 to $18,000 based on individual performance and successful property leasing.
