Congratulation to our November FS Way Employee of the Month, Elaine Milewsky! Elaine works in our main office in Jefferson as an Energy Assistant. She has been in the office for 14 years, and supports three fuel routes and handles company-wide energy projects, such as our annual Duty to Warn mailing and leak test documentation. Elaine is a wealth of knowledge and often the first person to come to for answers. When asked what FS Way means to her, she said, "I’ve always tried to do my job well and to help others as much as I can. I’m not in a training role, but I train people every day by sharing my knowledge, experience and skills." Congratulations, Elaine! Congratulations to our October FS Way Employee of the Month, Ryan Hitt! Ryan is the location manager at the Jefferson branch. Ryan has been with FS for 10 years, starting as an applicator and later moving to the assistant manager in Jefferson. He became the manager last year. When asked what FS Way means to him, Ryan said, "To me FS Way is setting a positive example all around, From your coworkers, to customers, to your community. Being someone others can count on and affect people or situations in a positive manner." Outside of work, Ryan enjoys doing construction and is remodeling a 1950's home with his wife and four dogs! Congratulation to Sarah Mancoske, our July FS Way Employee of the Month! Sarah has worked for Insight FS since October 2018 and works out of our Green Bay office. Her responsibilities include supporting two tank wagon drivers, balancing inventories, all transport business bulling, credit and month-end for the energy department. When asked what FS Way means to Sarah, she said, "FS Way to me is a way of life within my job and outside. Being able to lead by example, but also go above and beyond, not only for our outside customers, but always within FS. Helping the other team members be successful and spread the FS Way message." Congratulations to our June FS Way Employee of the Month, Sam Conery! Sam is the energy sales manager for upper Michigan, Green Bay and Oconto Falls. When asked what FS Way means to him, he said, "Just like the magnet says "it's not a job, it's a lifestyle". If we all come to work every day and take that extra step to check on someone in need, or to make sure someone is ok, we all do better for each other and our customers. That's what the FS Way is all about! We should care and treat others just like they are family." We also learned that Sam is a singer and was accepted into the Young Americans when he was a senior in high school. So, when you congratulate him, ask him for a song! Congratulations, Sam! #FSWay

Congratulations to our May FS Way Employee of the Month, Waylon Schaefer! Waylon, our Marxville location manager, is always exceeding customer expectations and is the first to jump in to help someone in need. Waylon has been with Insight FS for 23 years and started as an applicator in Arlington. He has been in the location manager position for nine years. When asked about FS Way, he said, "The FS Way to me is treating every interaction with a coworker or a customer like they are family. We do whatever it takes to get the job done that we need to.
