Climate Week NYC is here. Below, explore the slate of programs and events taking place at the Museum this week! Details: https://bit.ly/3XHUWDx ?? Earlier this month, the Inside Out Project's Photobooth truck visited the Museum. Over 650 people had their portraits taken and reflected on the question, “As climate change reshapes our lives, what stories of transformation and dreams of a healthier future do you carry with you?” More than 150 of the portraits captured by the Photobooth truck will be on display in the Portraits on Climate and Health: Dreams We Carry installation in the Museum’s Ellen V. Futter Gallery. You can also see a rotating mosaic of projections from the Photobooth in the Richard Gilder Center for Science, Education, and Innovation during #ClimateWeekNYC. ?? Join us tonight for the NYC premiere of The Wayfinders film series! This collection of short documentaries showcases Indigenous leadership in sustaining our planet during a time of global climate change. Link in bio for tickets. This program, an extension of the Margaret Mead Film Festival, is hosted in collaboration with the Wayfinders Circle. ?? How can science, policy, and society transform climate challenges into opportunities for a healthier world?
