INSHRM was originally chartered in 1949. Today we have over 500 members in the Spokane, Washington and Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho area. INSHRM is a member of the Northwest Human Resource Management Association (NHRMA) and is a 100% chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Mission: Develop and maintain the professional competencies of its members. Raise standards of performance in all phases of Human Resource Management. Encourage adherence to a professional code of ethics. Promote excellence in the field of Human Resource Management.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month! We’re dedicated to supporting inclusive workplaces where everyone’s skills are valued.
It's officially October! ???? While we love fall in Spokane, we also love celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month. Good jobs change lives, and all workers — including workers with disabilities — deserve the opportunity to prepare for, obtain and succeed in them. #NDEAM ID: Light blue at the top with circles that have various color outlines and photos of different people at work. Below that, there's a white background with a road graphic. In black text at the top, it says "#NDEAM dol.gov/odep." In the white section, there's blue text that says "Access to Good Jobs for All" and in black text it says "National Disability Employment Awareness Month."
