?? Ever notice how trees gracefully shed their leaves each autumn? Well, ok - I agree it can be a mess, after the beauty - but work with me! It’s nature’s way of making room for rest, renewal and new growth. But what about us? What fears or habits are we holding onto that no longer serve our journey? As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, I find myself reflecting on the changes I have made this year and others I need to embrace. This season is not just about cozy sweaters and pumpkin spice lattes - yuck actually - I'm a black coffee drinker, but it's a shout-out to all you pumpkin spice lovers!?This season can also be a powerful reminder that transformation is essential for growth. Think about it: What’s one fear that’s been holding you back? Maybe it’s the fear of failure, or perhaps it’s the fear of stepping outside your comfort zone. Whatever it is, now is the perfect time to confront it.?Start with reflection, move to reframing, then learn how to respond differently.?It's what I love, what I teach, and I'd love to help you develop skills to deal with the emotion when it rears it's ugly head. I remember a time when I hesitated to voice my ideas in meetings, when I just started out on my personal leadership journey. I feared judgment and rejection. But when I finally decided to let go of that fear, I discovered a world of opportunity. My contributions were valued, and I learned that vulnerability can lead to incredible connections and growth.?I just had to learn how!
