? I’m proud to share that we’ve just wrapped up the first NGSI-LD plugtest this week! This milestone event, professionally organized by @ETSI, was geared towards enhancing the conformity and interoperability of NGSI-LD implementations. ? The plugtest successfully gathered NGSI-LD brokers and implementers from Europe, including EGM, NEC Laboratories Europe, and FIWARE, but also with participants from India (India Urban Data Exchange (IUDX)) and South Korea (KETI(Korea Electronics Technology Institute)), thanks to the active support of INPACE project. ?? ? We focused on an innovative interoperability scenario centred around a smart parking use case, which brought together different distributed brokers to demonstrate and test the capabilities of the NGSI-LD distributed architecture. Now we confirm that broker speak to each other ! The results from this plugtest will be invaluable in refining specifications and implementations moving forward. ? Being interoperable isn't just about claiming it—it's about proving it through real-world collaboration and testing. This past week was a testament to that commitment, and I’m thrilled to see how these outcomes will propel us towards a more connected future. #Interoperability #NGSILD #Innovation #SmartCities #Plugtest #Networking #Standards

This week, at MWC25 in Barcelona, I was happy to present the opportunities for RIAs and IAs to collaborate with the INPACE project, along with presentation of 13 other projects at the EU-projects session. We are looking to connect with RIA and IA projects that develop technologies and solutions of potential interest for the Indo-Pacific region. MWC this year came with the banner Converge.Connect.Create. Plenty of sessions and stands related to connectivity, generative AI, connected technologies for enterprises, public authorities and many many more. An amazing event which captivates with its scale, coverage of various topics, and fantastic organisation.
