An exciting partnership for Woodbridge!
On February 14, Woodbridge and TM Automotive Seating Systems celebrated the grand opening of TMWB Foam Private Limited, a new joint venture (JV) plant in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This 45,413 sq ft (4,219 square meter) facility will manufacture molded foam, interior components, and vacuum-formed parts to meet the growing demand for seating solutions across India. “Just over one year ago, the team started working on the partnership, and this plant is a testament to our success and a crucial step in Woodbridge’s growth within the country,” said Kai Jacobsen, President & CEO of Woodbridge. Employing nearly 80 people currently, the plant will create more jobs and strengthen regional technical capabilities, complementing our existing operations in Sanand and Pune.
