Since these costs directly impact a hotel’s valuation, having an accurate, market-informed assessment is crucial. Our third-party PIP Analysis budgets provide a comprehensive, unbiased perspective to eliminate the guesswork and help both parties align on realistic expectations. ?? Hotel Transactions and Investment Outlook for 2025: Larger deal sizes are expected, shifting focus to full-service hotel sales after years of emphasis on limited/select-service assets. Distressed assets are predicted to trade more frequently as the market normalizes. Owners facing brand-mandated renovations for 10–15-year-old properties may list their hotels rather than invest in costly upgrades. Extended-stay hotels and properties under 10 years old continue to attract buyer interest, as they often require fewer major capital expenditures. ??
