Today, nationally, we celebrate both National Human Resource Professional Day and National Compliance Officer Day. Both days are celebrated annually on September 26th. National Human Resource Professional Day honors the work of HR professionals throughout the country’s workforce, while National Compliance Officer Day recognizes the work of compliance officers and professionals at organizations throughout the country. Here at Innovo Detox, today we are honor our Director of Human Resources, Dustielynn Castrignano, our Director of Compliance, Erin Kelley, and our Human Resources Specialist, Natali Ramirez! We thank them for being integral, valuable parts of our organization, supporting our employees, creating, implementing, and enforcing important policies and procedures, and ensuring that our organization operates safe, ethically, and efficiently.
