Wisconsin municipalities and tribes with a population not exceeding 5,000 can apply for funds to develop a community plan that transfers one or more services to another entity and realize future cost savings. Services include public safety, fire protection, EMS, training, communications, public works, information technology, administration staffing, economic development, tourism, and more!
