This year, five students from the University of Delaware collaborated with IPH via Spin In, a program fostering interdisciplinary teams to tackle authentic business challenges in an entrepreneurial setting. Among them, Mansi Gupta, Kris Oei, Sebastian Alonso Casta?eda-Vera, Anjali Chaliha, Kristine Hauser, and Christy Chacko were assigned the task of developing an application to allow patients to take charge of their health and interact with their personal data through IPH’s advanced insights. After conducting market research, business modeling, and app development, it was amazing to watch their final presentation last week! A big thanks to UD Office of Economic Innovation and Partnerships for involving us in this program, and Amalea Rassias for guiding us throughout the entire process; we look forward to seeing where we can take Spin In in the future! And a special thank you to Neil Mathur for leading the student group and teaching them about what we do at IPH!
