High nitrate levels in drinking water can pose health risks, especially for infants. The Regional Water Quality Control Board mandates landowners and/or operators of active drinking water wells to sample and test for nitrate levels by December 31, 2024. Innovative Ag Services provides sampling services and works with accredited laboratories to help meet these requirements. After attending today's court hearing, Innovative Ag would like to share that the judge has issued a preliminary injunction, temporarily pausing the Tulare Lake Subbasin probationary requirements until trial in the ongoing SGMA case.
