"It was a fast but smooth process dealing with one of the property coordinators Henry Venegas over at the poinciana location.  He spent a lot of time making sure property repairs were inspected correctly. Although he is a very busy guy he managed to be diligent and always follows up to make sure things were taking care of! He is very detailed and knowledgeable! "Update: after talking to the owner of the company things got better. He came in and saw all the things that needed to be repaired and we worked things out. He is a good listener and understands his tenants. A lot of the things that needed to be repaired, 85%, have been done and I’m very grateful that Mr.Jacob answered our review and is giving great customer service to his clients. We feel heard and understood. This review was bittersweet, I recommend them as property management, I know it will continue to get even better. It’s like every relationship it goes through ups and downs. As long as communication lines are open I believe all will be okay. At first this Property Management was great. They got all the contracts they got everything very professional it was wonderful. Once we moved in, what a disaster. The house was full of dead roaches everywhere. 2nd, the toilets were broken it took a couple weeks for them to send somebody over to fix it and yet they didn’t fix it. A trim from the cabinets fell on my father’s head and they still didn’t fix it. We still on. The roof has never been changed, It leaks into our property. The ceiling is bubbling and much more.
