?? Exciting News! Innofiber has been revolutionizing our fiber optic assembly production over the past 9 months. Through 8 impactful Kaizen workshops, we've dramatically boosted our output—achieving more with the same talented team. ?? In January, a diverse group of experts from Engineering, Quality, KPO, and Assembly came together for a groundbreaking workshop. Their incredible work slashed part travel by 85%, cut down sleeping inventory by 80%, and introduced efficient operator loops and SWIP to align perfectly with our Customer’s TAKT time. ? Plus, they innovatively integrated right-sized inspection tools directly into our production line. Kudos to our team for these amazing strides!
