Innisfree Shield Capital Inc. is a Canadian-based multifaceted investment company acting as the family office for a single family. ISC manages a portfolio across a broad range of investment vectors in Canada and the United States, with capital allocated in: ? global public markets with a focus on mature operating companies with durable and compelling value drivers, and proven long-term growth, profitability and disciplined cash-flow management; ? private equity and venture capital, specializing in high-growth small-cap companies that focus on, or with potential for, building brand recognition and significant market funnel expansion; ? real estate investments that demonstrate long-term potential including green-field projects, commercial and industrial developments, as well as rural and agricultural lands; and ? shorter-term instruments that complement our longer-term strategies, enabling us to capitalize on high yield, time-sensitive investment opportunities.
