    I want to take a moment to recognize two amazing students, Ceresia and Delaney, from the Mound Westonka High School DECA chapter. This fall, I had the privilege of mentoring them as they developed a 10-page Integrated Marketing Campaign and a 15-minute presentation focused on my company ingster Experiential. Their dedication and hard work were inspiring, and this past weekend, they competed at their district competition and earned first place! I couldn’t be more proud of their accomplishment. Minnesota DECA has played a huge role in shaping who I am as a professional, and it’s incredible to now support the next generation of business leaders through this organization.
