It is an innovative initiative designed to revolutionize our understanding of dietary fibers and their role in human health. The project will harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (#AI) to predict how different fibers impact the gut #microbiome, enabling the development of #fiber-rich foods tailored for optimal health benefits. ?? By combining the expertise of both academic researchers and leading industry partners, the project will help to create innovative dietary solutions that align fiber consumption with societal health goals. The AI-driven approach will open new avenues for providing consumers with products tailored to support specific health outcomes, such as digestive and metabolic health.
