The floating solar development project, situated at the iconic Nam Ngum Dam No. 1, represents a significant advancement in renewable energy infrastructure in Southeast Asia. This impressive project features a 1,200 MW capacity installation at Nam Ngum 1 Reservoir, covering 1,495 hectares of water surface. "What a journey - 40 years ago! That moment after my Navy enlistment, shaking my father's hand - it still moves me today as he rests in Arlington National Cemetery. Such a powerful reminder of legacy and service. Looking at this photo with my parents, I never imagined the path ahead would lead to building and successfully exiting businesses globally, and now leading a thriving advisory practice. This Veterans Day hits differently, because so much started 40 years ago that I did not even see it coming. My foundation was built on the values I learned from my father's service and my mother's unwavering support - a military family's commitment that few truly understand. Then core military principles of leadership, discipline, integrity, and empathy became the blueprint for success. Today, through our advisory group, we're privileged to guide and mentor emerging entrepreneurs.
