It is always great when customers are able to visit our facilities and it was an honor to recently host our aftermarket airend reseller from Brazil. PARTESPRO supports the Mining and Drill markets from two main locations in Brazil and it was a pleasure to host their leaders when they visited our Mocksville and Davison facilities in North Carolina earlier this month. #partespro

Last week we visited MINExpo 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada. MINExpo is produced by the National Mining Association and brings professionals, experts and decision-makers from the global mining industry together to collaborate, learn and engage. The exhibition is home to the major manufacturers and service providers supporting the mining industry. MINExpo had?45,000 attendees this year making it the largest Mining show in the world. We certainly "got our steps in" during the two days that we walked the show and enjoyed seeing some of the large equipment which, at times, was somewhat overwhelming. #Mining, #MINExpo.

Our man in Brazil - We would like to introduce you to our new account manager in Brazil, Gideao Pazini. Gideao is responsible for the OEM and tanker activities in Brazil, he has been part of Ingersoll Rand since 2019 supporting NASH in south America. He joined the OEM team mid-August and is enjoying the respect, support, commitment and family environment of his new team. His previous roles have always given him the opportunity to grow and develop and, starting his career in maintenance, he recognizes the importance customer service. The most exciting thing about his job is teamwork and building strong and trusting relationships with customers and partners. Gideao loves Italian cuisine and his favorite music is the blues.
