That’s a wrap on ScadaFest 2025! Our Automation & Intelligence (A&I) team had an incredible time in Orlando connecting with SCADA users, developers, and decision-makers from around the world. In the spirit of continuous improvement and striving to be the Partner of Choice in the industry, our #OneTeam is always learning. Recently, our South Region put this commitment into action with numerous regional trainings. Team members from Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia participated to learn about products and processes that can help reduce water loss for our customers. The team also focused on aspects of Inframark's distinguished Operations Blueprint, which is our methodical approach to achieving Operational Excellence at the water facilities we operate and maintain. Proud to serve this tradition of excellence! Cheyney University – the first Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the nation – is situated due west of Philadelphia and was founded in 1837. Inframark serves this community by providing treatment plant operations and maintenance for their sequential batch reactor facility. We are honored that the University has extended our partnership! University representatives are excited for this continued partnership, stating that “Cheyney University is excited to continue its partnership with Inframark for the operation and maintenance of our wastewater treatment plant. We’re thrilled to share that the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) honored our Bowling Green, Florida, operations and maintenance team with its 2024 Small Community Plant Excellence Award. This award recognizes outstanding treatment plant operation, maintenance, and compliance. We were recognized especially for our efforts during Hurricane Helena, when our #OneTeam kept the Bowling Green Drinking Water Treatment Facility running manually and maintaining full compliance, despite significant communication challenges. Congratulations to Ryan Harmon, Lead Operator; Eddie Smith, Project Manager; and the entire Bowling Green team for their hard work and dedication to their community. This achievement reflects our CLEAR Partnership values — demonstrating that even in the most difficult times, we deliver on our commitments to Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect to guide operations.
