We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the third cohort of the Infy Tech Pioneer Program! This initiative led by the Foundation, in collaboration with Infosys Financial Services, has empowered college students with immersive learning experiences in #GenAI. While students from past cohorts came from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte primarily, we were very excited to expand our reach this year and welcome students from Boston University, Purdue University, Rutgers University, and many more. Pioneers engaged in immersive learning from Infosys mentors, real world applications utilizing Generative AI and hands-on experiences with live datasets. A heartfelt thank you to Ahammed Saeed P., Subhash Chandra S.,Parimala Mohan Rao, Srinivasan Pichumani for providing your mentorship this winter. Another special thank you to James Mazzullo, Shyamsunder Bhat, Pranesh Divakar, Puneet Mody and Katherine E. Maloney for your support in coordinating this year’s cohort, we can’t wait to see where next year will take us!

Yesterday, Infosys Financial Services hosted a Leadership Summit at the iconic?NYSE, while also celebrating International Women’s Day. In partnership with?Infosys Foundation USA, the summit brought together financial services and education leaders to share their stories and perspectives on leadership, innovation, and collaboration. The iconic NYSE building was a great location to discuss the perspectives of several financial services leaders and aspiring students while witnessing the opening bell ceremony. ?? In a thought-provoking fireside chat between?Yie-Hsin Hung?of?State Street Global Advisors?and?Dennis Gada, Yie-Hsin shared her insights on navigating the complexities of financial services through technology, the importance of mentorship in shaping careers, and the value of enjoying the process rather than focusing solely on the destination. ???Then, in an engaging panel discussion moderated by?Amy D., JoAnn Stonier?from?Mastercard,?Mary Ellen Iskenderian?of?Women's World Banking, and?Prati Devre?from?TD Securities explored themes of adaptability, empowering women through financial access, and the growth that comes from unconventional career journeys. ?? To conclude the summit, we spotlighted the next generation, with?Charlotte Dungan?from?Mark Cuban Foundation and local NYC students in a discussion with?Katherine E. Maloney. The conversation brought forward fresh perspectives and highlighted the importance of preparing young talent for future opportunities, especially with technology and AI. We were also joined by guests from?Kode With Klossy, extending the spirit of innovation and opportunity to even more young talent. In honor of #IWD2025, the Foundation, alongside Infosys Financial Services, hosted an #InternationalWomensDay event?at the NYSE. Festivities kicked off with the ringing of the opening bell where all attendees were invited out onto the trading floor.?After, Foundation ED Katherine E. Maloney moderated an inspirational panel featuring Charlotte Dungan, Chief Learning Officer of the Mark Cuban Foundation and two NYC high school students who are alumni of the Foundation-sponsored #AI bootcamps last fall. The discussion highlighted ways to #AccelerateAction and drive positive change to empower all women in #finance and #tech. Last week, the Foundation traveled to Seattle for the grand opening of the?Infosys Foundation USA-sponsored?‘STEM Lab’ at the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. This exciting new space is a direct result of the incredible efforts of our Infosys Seattle office?volunteers,?who were crowned champions of National Volunteer Week in 2024. Their dedication to community service has made a lasting impact?and has now opened many more doors for both students and?Infosys volunteers who have been invited back to serve as mentors to students at the club. The #STEM Lab?offers?brand new 3D printers, robotics kits, coding stations, a brand new #AI centered curriculum and much more!? We’d like?to extend a?thank?you to?Foundation?Trustee?Anand Swaminathan, Head of Employee Engagement Beth Kolman and Chief Club Programs & Operations Officer Jamie Heil for welcoming us all to the?Foundation-sponsored?new space.
